How to Fix the Event Not Starting in Wasting Hollow

To fix the event not starting in Wasting Hollow, follow these steps:

1. Enter the cave and wait for the NPCs to stop talking.
2. If the NPCs do not run to the gore-soaked barricade, log out of the game to the character select screen and then log back in.
3. Enter the cave again and repeat steps 1 and 2 until the NPCs run to the barricade.

In short, if the NPCs do not run to the barricade after you enter the cave, log out and log back in until they do.
